1. Overview
As a digital hospitality service, 46 Elite Enclave does not ship physical products. This policy outlines how we deliver booking confirmations, vouchers, receipts, and other digital documents related to your reservation.
2. Digital Delivery of Booking Documents
All booking-related documents are delivered electronically via email to the address provided at the time of booking.
What You Will Receive
Booking Confirmation Email
Delivery Time: Instantly after payment confirmation
Includes: Booking reference number, guest details, room type, check-in/check-out dates, pricing breakdown
Payment Receipt
Delivery Time: Within 5 minutes of successful payment
Includes: Transaction ID, payment amount, payment method, GST breakdown, invoice details
Pre-Arrival Information
Delivery Time: 24-48 hours before check-in
Includes: Check-in instructions, directions to property, contact information, local information
Modification/Cancellation Confirmation
Delivery Time: Within 24 hours of request
Includes: Updated booking details or cancellation reference, refund information (if applicable)
3. Email Delivery
3.1 Email Provider: We use Resend, a professional email service provider, to ensure reliable delivery of all booking-related communications.
3.2 Sender Address: All emails will be sent from:
- no-reply@46eliteenclave.com (automated confirmations)
- tashospitality2025@gmail.com (customer service communications)
3.3 Email Verification: Please ensure you provide a valid and active email address at the time of booking. We recommend double-checking for typos.
3.4 Spam/Junk Folder: If you don't receive our email within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder. Add our email addresses to your contacts or safe senders list to prevent future emails from being filtered.
4. Delivery Timeframes
4.1 Instant Delivery:
- Booking confirmation: Within 2 minutes of payment success
- Payment receipt: Within 5 minutes of payment
4.2 Standard Delivery:
- Modification confirmations: Within 24 hours
- Cancellation confirmations: Within 24 hours
- Refund notifications: Within 7-10 business days
4.3 Pre-Stay Communications:
- Check-in reminder: 24-48 hours before arrival
- Special requests confirmation: 48-72 hours before check-in
5. Failed Email Delivery
5.1 Reasons for Failed Delivery:
- Invalid or incorrect email address
- Full email inbox
- Aggressive spam filters
- Email server downtime
- Blocked sender domain
5.2 What We Do: Our system automatically monitors email delivery status. If an email fails to deliver, we will:
- Retry sending up to 3 times over 24 hours
- Attempt to contact you via phone if delivery continues to fail
- Maintain your booking documents in our system for retrieval
5.3 What You Should Do: If you haven't received your booking confirmation within 30 minutes of payment:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify the email address in your booking

6. Resending Documents
If you need to receive your booking documents again, we can resend them at any time:
6.1 Self-Service Options:
- Log in to your account on our website and download documents from "My Bookings"
- Use the "Resend Confirmation" feature with your booking reference number

We will resend your documents within 1 hour during business hours (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM IST).
7. Document Formats
7.1 Email Format: All booking emails are sent in HTML format with plain text fallback for maximum compatibility.
7.2 Attached Documents: Some documents (invoices, detailed receipts) may be attached as PDF files for easy printing and record-keeping.
7.3 Print-Friendly: All emails are designed to be print-friendly. You can print your confirmation email and bring it to check-in if desired.
8. SMS Notifications (Optional)
In addition to email, we may send SMS notifications for:
- Booking confirmation (summary with booking reference)
- Check-in reminder (24 hours before arrival)
- Important updates or changes to your booking
SMS notifications are supplementary to email and do not replace your complete booking confirmation. Standard SMS charges may apply based on your mobile plan.
9. WhatsApp Communications (Coming Soon)
We are working on WhatsApp integration to provide even more convenient delivery of booking documents and customer support. Stay tuned for updates!
10. Physical Mail (Not Applicable)
We do not send physical documents via postal mail. All communications are digital. If you require physical documents for reimbursement or record-keeping, you may print the email confirmations and PDF receipts we provide.
11. Data Security in Transit
11.1 Encryption: All emails are sent using industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL) to protect your personal and payment information during transmission.
11.2 Secure Links: Any links in our emails direct to secure HTTPS pages on our website.
11.3 Privacy: We never include full payment card details in emails. Only the last 4 digits may be shown for reference.
12. Email Preferences and Unsubscribe
12.1 Transactional Emails: Booking confirmations, receipts, and reservation-related emails are transactional and cannot be unsubscribed from as they contain important booking information.
12.2 Marketing Emails: If you opt in to receive promotional offers and newsletters, you can unsubscribe at any time by:
- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email
- Updating your preferences in your account settings

13. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues
If you're not receiving our emails:
