At 46 Elite Enclave, we understand that plans may change. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds. We encourage you to review this policy carefully before making a reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business. Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation is made relative to the check-in date.
Cancellation Timeline
Cancellation 7+ days before check-in
90% refund of the total booking amount
10% processing fee will be deducted to cover administrative and payment gateway charges.
Cancellation 3-6 days before check-in
50% refund of the total booking amount
50% will be retained to cover opportunity costs and administrative expenses.
Cancellation within 48 hours before check-in
No refund
Due to the proximity to check-in, we are unable to offer a refund.
No-show (failure to check-in)
No refund
Full booking amount will be forfeited.
3. How to Cancel Your Booking
3.1 Cancellation Methods:
- Email: Send a cancellation request to tashospitality2025@gmail.com with your booking reference number
- Phone: Call us at +91-9967920065 during business hours (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM IST)
- Online: Use the "Manage Booking" feature on our website (if logged in)
3.2 Required Information:
- Booking reference number (e.g., EE-20251114-XXXXX)
- Guest name as per booking
- Email address used for booking
- Reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
3.3 Cancellation Confirmation: You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours of your cancellation request. This email will include details of any applicable refund.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
4.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking).
4.3 Bank Processing Time: After we initiate the refund, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5-7 business days to credit the amount to your account. This timeline is beyond our control.
4.4 Refund Amount: The refund amount will be calculated as per the cancellation timeline mentioned in Section 2. Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
4.5 Failed Refunds: If a refund fails due to incorrect bank details or account closure, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to process the refund through an alternative method.
5. Modification Policy
5.1 Changing Dates: If you wish to modify your check-in/check-out dates instead of cancelling:
- Modifications requested 7+ days before check-in: Free of charge (subject to availability)
- Modifications requested 3-6 days before check-in: ₹500 modification fee
- Modifications within 48 hours: Not permitted; cancellation policy applies
5.2 Room Type Changes: Subject to availability. Price difference (if any) will be charged or refunded accordingly.
5.3 Guest Name Changes: Minor corrections to guest names are allowed free of charge. Complete guest changes may require cancellation and rebooking.
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, medical emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond your control, we may offer:
- Full refund, or
- Credit voucher valid for 12 months, or
- Complimentary rescheduling
Such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
6.2 Booking Errors: If we make an error in your booking, we will contact you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative accommodation at no additional cost.
6.3 Service Failures: If we are unable to provide the booked accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund plus compensation equivalent to one night's stay.
7. Early Check-out
If you check out earlier than your scheduled check-out date, no refund will be provided for unused nights. We recommend adjusting your booking dates in advance if your plans change.
8. Group Bookings and Long Stays
8.1 Group Bookings: Bookings of 3+ rooms are considered group bookings and may have different cancellation terms. Please contact us directly for group booking policies.
8.2 Long Stays: Bookings of 7+ nights may qualify for flexible cancellation terms. Please inquire at the time of booking.
9. Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway processing fees (charged by Cashfree) are non-refundable. These fees are deducted at the time of payment and cannot be recovered in case of cancellation. Refund amounts will be net of these charges.

11. Policy Changes
46 Elite Enclave reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Bookings made before policy changes will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking.
